Attraverso la lente dell’identità personale e di genere, la performance esplora le tensioni create tra ciò che consideriamo buono per noi stessi e per i nostri corpi in base ai nostri bisogni e desideri personali e ciò che la società ci impone e ci detta. Si interroga su come forze esterne, come le norme sociali e gli stereotipi, ma anche le politiche pubbliche, possano influenzare le percezioni e le azioni personali. Fondendo i confini tra danza, performance e teatro fisico, la performance combina intimità e umorismo, forte fisicità con confessioni, onestà con immaginazione.

Through the lens of personal identity and gender, the performance explores the tensions created between what we regard good for ourselves and for our bodies based on our personal needs and desires and what society imposes and dictates to us. It questions how external forces such as social norms and stereotypes but also public policies can influence personal perceptions and actions. Blending the boundaries of dance, performance and physical theatre, the performance combines intimacy and humour, strong physicality with confessions, honesty with imagination.
